- Led the full software delivery lifecycle, defined the engineering standards, and took part in interviewing and hiring developers.
- Cut jank frames and unnecessary widget rebuilds, measured with Flutter DevTools on low-end Android devices.
- Reduced data payload by 65% and API latency by 54%, so screens load faster on slow networks.
- Built the real-time layer over WebSockets — live scores and animated brackets, with offline caching in Hive.
- Led Flutter development for Saudi Host, a pre-launch travel platform, with role-based access control per user type.
